During our stay at Aston Bogor, we had a fantastic time with our family. The hotel provided a wide variety of delicious food options that satisfied everyone's taste buds. The staff were extremely friendly and always responded quickly to our requests. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, there were plenty of activities available for us to enjoy. our experience was enjoyable and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pretty pool, nice staff, clean and close to Rumah Air & The Jungle

During day time it was too hot like desert, and the room facility was too minimalist. Rumah Air and The Jungle were also below our expectation.

Failure to provide taxi service Not to change the bed linens every day

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and enjoyed the beautiful landscaping, pools, and well-equipped meeting rooms. The staff was friendly and the Wi-Fi connection was much improved. The location was great, with many food stalls and restaurants nearby and entertainment facilities like Jungle Water Park and Junglefest Amusement just a short distance away.

Nothing to mention.

The location was between the two volcanoes and the river runs between the hotel complex. It was good location to grab the meal at the Rumah Air; unique restaurant serve Indonesian food with interesting surrounding.

I tried the spa but the service was average, go to other place.

Love the view of the river n the nice swimming pools. Nice place to see and play with kids. Love the free welcome drink atr front desk during check in time. Its so freesh (ginger drink mix with lemon n a lil bit soda).

1st day of Bfast (April 23), the bfast was so excellent with many choice of buffet. But at the 2nd day (April 24 Sunday). The bfast wasa so poor. I was there at 10am but they say the buffet will be close at 10.30am where other hotel always close till 11am. And the foods almost empty. Child above 6years old must pay 50%. Where other hotel only charge above 10 years or 12)ears. Chec out: I think they need to improve they facility (trolly). Bcoz when we require a trolly to our room, we need to be wait untill 2 hours. For newest Hotel/Resort are ok. But Aston group wasn't new. Others thing are fine and OK! Love to stay in here and we will back again someday...

The breakfast had a good and diverse selection of foods, with something for everyone. the pool was also a highlight, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the water. the location was convenient with easy access to local attractions.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some updating. the hotel lacked a certain charm and was more like a convention center than a resort.

the staff are very helpful, the location is great if you are travelling with family and kids since it is very close to famous water park and other family entertaiments, the food is quite nice, and it was very clean.

-the hotel is comprises of 3 buildings that are connected to each other, however if you want to reach Tower 3, you should walk through Tower 1&2, no shortcut and it's a pretty long walk for a hotel. -there's a construction going on beside the hotel, maybe for the hotel expansion, it's kinda distracting the scenery though. make sure you book a room with a view other than this area.

It was a charmed hotels and recent hotel. I recommend it for every type of travel and holidays. It was a wonderful tow nights.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is great, tucked away in a residential area and close to a theme park. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel also has a spa and wellness center, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The swimming pool was well-maintained and the kids had a blast. we were highly satisfied with our stay here.

Wireless, great pool, beautiful natural surroundings,

Breakfast was weird, I think it should be international rather than national. Staff would bring the bill to us while we were still eating, that was weird too. Rooms require major renovation. Rooms lack dresser and practical mirrors. Hotel did not have enough irons to satisfy guests. Hotel staff did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate. Valet staff assist taxis in ripping guests off.

the front desk checked me in with the wrong type of room..they gave me a room while i booked for an apartment that has extra space with sofa and other facilities!!i asked for a car to take me to safari park ..they easily kept delaying me from 10 a.m till 3p.m ..and cancelled afterall..they couldn;t arrange for a car,as easy as that!!!they're not easy to communicate with..cause they have nothing to do with English

The pool had a strange odor, and the limited food selection could benefit from more variety. The location, though tranquil, is a bit secluded, so keep in mind that you may not have easy access to nearby attractions.

the poor cleaness of thew bathroom, present of insect and lasert, and long distance of walking to get to room

the staff is friendly , the room is clean , the hotel is nice and value for the money , i would recommend it for any traveler ,

i think the hotel need to arrange for a shuttele to drive the customer to the city center , also the shuttele that drive us to the mousqe on friday was not air condition .
